Issuance of Conformity certificate OXO-Biodegradable Plastic Objects by matching the UAE Assessment Scheme (ECAS) According to the technical requirements of Chairman of the Board's decision No.

Registration Requirements

Valid UAE Industry/Trade License.

Use of additives which is approved by ESMA in manufacturing the plastic objects.

Test report from an accredited laboratory for plastic objects as per the requirement of UAE Standard 5009/2009 including :

Abiotic Degradation Test reports

Residual material on the non-degradable fraction

Ultimate Aerobic Biodegradability

Copy of Quality management system according ISO 9001.

Vicinity Map of the Factory and warehouse where the product is stored.

Distributor ownership (for Traders only )

Declaration of using Plastic additive for each batch with percentage of additives

Use of the Conformity Mark of Oxo-biodegradable Plastic objects as stated in Annex 1

Electronic Declaration of Conformity.
