About the service

Issuance of License to use Emirates Quality mark for Milk and dairy products According to the technical requirements of cabinet resolution No. (29) for the year 2018.

Registration Requirements

Valid UAE Industry/Trade License.

Registration certificate for Industrial Measurement System

Test Report from accredited and recognized laboratory as per the technical requirements mentioned under Annex of Cabinet Resolution.

Valid QMS international certificate Accepted by ESMA.

Food contact material conformity certificate.

Organic product certificate if the product is declared as organic on the product label.

Halal national mark License if the product is declared as halal product label.

Transport and store the product according to the technical requirements in the standard.

Fulfill with the requirements of the card Label according to the technical requirements in the standard.

Distributor ownership (for Traders only).

Electronic Declaration of Conformity.

Service Process

Registration on ESMA website.

Apply for Emirates quality Mark.

Upload the Required Document.

Pay the fees

Documents Review.

If the product is fulfilling with all the requirements, system will notify the clients to pay the fees and schedule the assessment.

Factory Assessment.

Obtain EQM certificate

All Milk and dairy products Manufacturers and Traders

Service Limitation

Only one brand name/one factory/one product type or category is accepted per application.

Excludedfrom the regulation:

Medical and special products such as:

Baby milk

Complementary food

Infant-specific components.

Meals of popular restaurants such as Iranian milk, which are subject to the supervision of the related authorities.

Components intended for use as raw materials.

Applications will be canceled after 6 months without completing the requirements by the Applicant
