The women's committee in emirates authority for Standardisation & metrology- ESMA, has participated in the social event organized in cooperation with Social Sharjah social Services Dept. within ESMA social responsibility initiatives
ESMA employees donated children's clothing and cash, it will distribute to children before Eid al-Fitr, Eng. Muzoun Almuzaini, ESMA's Women's Committee Chairperson, said.
She added: our goal was to delight the children and strengthen the social cohesion among the different segments of the UAE society. The number of voluntary boxes provided by us is 40 boxes, including clothing, accessories, bags and shoes, in addition to cash for Eid.
The initiative has contributed to the children's sense of the joy of Al Eid, to inform them that all groups of society stand with them, through community involvement in this initiative.
Almuzaini considered that the Eid gifts for children are distributed to orphans, low-income families and needy families, in order to promote the principles of compassion and humanitarian communication among the members of the community and support families especially on occasions, which is in line with the principles of community cohesion.
