​​E-participation is the participation of the public in the decision-making process through proposals, observations and opinion using technology and electronic participa​tion tools that have a significant impact on achieving the objectives of the Authority.

Therefore, ESMA have provided various electronic channels of communication with the customers to identify their opinions and suggestions, which contribute to raising the level of customer satisfaction and improving the quality of service delivery. The ministry affirms its mission to achieve transparency in communication by providing electronic channels to the customer and the general public to express any comments about the Authority and its strategic objectives and to listen to different viewpoints in order to improve the services provided by the Authority and ensure customer satisfaction.

We would like to point out that ESMA has the right to withhold any content that may be construed as follows:

Contravenes local laws.

Inappropriate, obscene or defamatory.

Contains spam or promotional messages.

Biased to any part of society on the basis of race, color, nationality, religion, status, etc.

Violation of intellectual property rights.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the participant being withheld.
