- Thoroughly understand and interpret the management & technical requirements in the standard used.
- Familiarity with ILAC/IAF requirements & ENAS policies/ guidelines applicable to the desired scope of accreditation.
- Reports writing / typing in English.
- Good English language and communication skills.
- Assessment experience as per ENAS procedures.

- Leading the assessment team and having full responsibility of the assessment;
- Providing direction and guidance to assessors-in-training and technical experts;
- Preventing and resolving conflicts;
- Drafting, coordinating and submitting the assessment report in such a way that it allows the accreditation body and the assessed organization to take actions and decisions.
